I apparently commented in the wrong thread. This account is also one I would suggest a three month period of cool down during which zero hunting behavior should be seen.

I am neutral on the question of whether or not a given alliance can tolerate a prior hunter who has sworn off sync stalking, as this sort of thing tends to persist simply due to associations of the recent past. Since this account has quite recently been seen hunting FWA, I vote no to unbanning, until the three month period has passed without incident.

This body could revisit the decision at that time.
