Since the day you were blacklisted, you haven't matched or sniped OL,

GFL, FWL but you sniped FWA for 3 months which is quite disappointing

My Side: Your legacy bann should be clear from Legacy to general,which means you willn't be blacklisted from OL, GFL, FWL, but you will be blacklisted from FWA.

I understand that we ourselves are at fault at the stalking, its the human tendency to think grass is greener on the other side.But now we've put an end to it. Given another chance, we're ready to prove ourselves rule abiding once again

I will also ask: was there an event or something that caused you and your companions (since you are using the terms US and WE) to choose sync stalking /hunting? Some reason FWA was chosen as your target perhaps? Some justification in your mind to do this rather than go with a war farming alliance ?

And then, what has changed since that decision was made?

I did not have a specific intention to hunt fwa. I used the terms "we"/"us" as a collective term for my clan as I happen to be a co-leader .Considering what has changed,we acknowledge our mistakes and are looking forward to another chance to prove ourselves worthy. We don't wish to spread hatred through a silly game,keep it simple.

Ok, it seems your clan has been with OLFD for a good while and hasn’t been sync stalking anyone since joining them. If that is correct, I vote to remove the ban.

If this appeal is granted, it will not remove an FWA ban, however. For that , a second appeal would need to be attempted, with the body controlled by FWA officials.

My vote is to remove the legacy ban from all accounts and allow all of them to default to a general ban.

I also hope I will not come to regret this decision; the current evidence suggests our applicant has turned the corner.
