Big contradiction.

I’ve been watching this forum since it was first created and have noticed the system contradicts itself. People come here previously banned by fwa which obviously made them banned from all leagues to change their ban to fwa only so they can join one of the other farming leagues and farm with them. They then have the league admins here deny their request to change to just a fwa ban because they matched/hunted fwa within the last couple of months. But here’s the contradictory part. If someone without a ban was to hunt fwa now they would only get banned from joining fwa and would be free to come and go from fwa hunting clans to other farming leagues unhindered. So why does it matter here if they hunted fwa in the last few months if they are legacy banned from all leagues but if they are only banned from fwa can do whatever they like. I think the admins here should focus on what this forum is about which is the other leagues fwa not included and decisions based on weather the person has hunted their own leagues within the last few months or not rather than making this forum look like a joke and like the admins who never had the majority ever before in appeals look like their trying to make up for it and coming across a bit power hungry at times due to never having majority power in appeals

Whatever you said is correct. The forum requires a policy and after months of functioning, still the forum failed to form one. Also, Recently they have passed a resolution which says there is no BAN Sharing among league, which means, A player banned by GFL can join OL and FWL, and vice versa.

What actually funny is that these guys are steal appealing when it's not even required. And instead of asking kuilin to seperate bans, they are changing bans to General from FWA.

I do doubt kuilin would make anymore changes because it doesn't worth his efforts since the traffic of the forum is close to none. Nobody cares to get UNBANNED from the leagues other than FWA.

From a technical perspective, there's nothing stopping FWA from also honoring General bans. There's a reason I called them General and not non-FWA. Read my policy statements carefully - they could even come here and participate in appeals, if they wanted to.

From a practical perspective, though, they don't want to. So, yes, it is what it is. FWA has chosen to disassociate with the rest of the leagues with regards to ban sharing and communications about the system itself. Everything I've done has been to try to minimize the impact of that decision on all leagues in a way I think is fair, and also, to maintain an avenue for the far future if FWA wants to change their mind.

Personally, for what it's worth, I do think some leagues here have acted unreasonably, especially with regards to the proposal to stop ban sharing. But, as I've expressed here and privately, although my goals in this area are to unify leagues, I don't currently personally have time to pursue those goals nowadays. It's sad to see what I've worked for fall apart, but, eh, it's the expected outcome.
