Reason of ban : Co-Leader in a blacklisted clan
I think this ban should be uplifted because I have been part of my current clan from a very very long period of time and have proved myself to be an asset for the clan, I particularly do not care if the ban gets uplifted or not because I am fine with doing real wars but since now the appeals process has changed altogether and it has been made mandatory for everyone to either get their bans revoked or get kicked from the clan my clan leader asked me to appeal all in all its all for the clan

Looks like this member has been doing farm wars in 1945 for about a year continuously, and the ban is almost two years old. Seems like a clear unban.

Edit: By the way, the profile pic screenshot is unnecessary, the link API feature already verifies you are an owner of the account.
