I have a proposal to increase the number of clans in all alliances.

Members of banned clans and players should be given a second chance and trusted members of community start war for them. Their banned clan if does well for 3 to 6 months they can then be accepted into community bands an their bans appealed or removed.

There are many clans and people who have been deceived and are all willing to change.

I believe in second chances and all humans have a tendency to change . They might have learned their lesson from hunting.

If the sync time is protected carefully I see no harm in allowing them to play farm wars again.its a game and sort of like a sport.

There can also be small penalties for them.

league admins themselves also leak it's not only rep things if league admin provides sync to hunters then?

There is no proof that league admins leak sync time.

Besides what matters is that clans that hunt often loose wars thanks to war support and they have a tendency to change.

It's just a game . Not a real rivalry. I'm not asking for sync time leakage just a community war starter.

Bans are issued for many reasons. Sync stalking is one reason, but other reasons include literal abuse, impersonation, and other unsavory activities we don't want in our clans.

Are you really saying that, in general, a ban should only be viewed as informative? Clans themselves have an adverse incentive in taking banned members - they want to not have to recruit an additional member, so they may tolerate some toxicity. This has adverse effects on the entire league though, which is why collective action in the form of having a unified ban list makes sense in the first place.

I mean to say everyone should be given a chance to sync again and change their attitude. Banned players especially sync stalkers in mind can change and increase number of clans. If the community doesn't want them they can keep them banned but if they change , they should be allowed to play farm wars again.

Let's face it . Community starts war for them and gets increase in clans.

Sync time leakage can never be stopped.

The only way to stop sync stalkers is fighting back and winning.

If we have good war support we can defeat blacklisted clans permanently.

I am not in favour of allowing toxic people again to clans. Just saying , some of them are not bad people and have changed their attitude and regretted decision to hunt.

We can never stop time leaks. But we can increase the number of clans and offer proper war support to them.

If they further violate they can be banned permanently, I think a few warnings or temporary bans should be issued first.

Sync stalkers could provide penalties for every war they hunted by giving wins to farm clans and be accepted again.
