        It was shutdown long ago , please cross verify your questions … The activities you are stating were 4-6 months ago , and were shutdown immediately when they found an alternative

          Your Bot worked in United Hunters till June and your closing statement was AWS is over.

          You stayed in their bands throughout the time. You once left in July and Joined back. You stayed there throughout the time, I checked your presence there even after the time when you were kicked from G league and moved to 1945.

          You were in UH even when you were in 1945.

                Darahaas Still that confirms my claim of you being there. That's all i had to say, whether you were there for sensitive data or whatsoever reasons, the fact still remains that you were there.

                Any fair appeal won't be excused, just based on personal excuses. Unless the appeal is unfair (Even greater) than the other one.

                Rest depends upon what other league decides, anyways, You confirmed you were there. I'd love to see the end result of the appeal.

                      Your presence over there remained even when you were part of FWL which is quite questionable. You care so much about chats happened there, nobody knows you might still be working along with them.

                                  Specifically, did you join UH because 1945 requested it, or did they justify your presence after you joined?

                                  I'm personally skeptical about what kind of legitimate espionage activity includes writing programs for the hunters. It seems more likely to me that 1945 retroactively authorized your presence in anti farm war groups.

                                    They justified my presence, I was present in UH (inactive , you can confirm the activity) when i was farming in G , later when we shut it off and when we migrated to 1945 , The admins of 1945 requested me to leave the hunting bands since it was a potential threat , i gave them a sole reason for staying there due to some admin chat's and once the backup of that chat has been taken lately. Shavy asked me to leave the hunting bands (since it served no purpose) i applied straight into appeals , this is what villian was referring to…

                                        Since 1945 never requested your presence in UH, I really don't think 1945 justifying your presence does any good for you in the context of this appeal. Sync stalking is sync stalking, no matter which league it's directed at.

                                        Just because 1945 is not worried about it, doesn't mean we shouldn't be worried about it. Leagues, after all, have a different incentives than collaborative groups of leagues.

                                        I think it's reasonable to say there isn't a consensus here. So, I'm calling a 72h vote to conclude this appeal.

                                          Ban should stay, If his ban is removed it's just going to reflect that we have no values. He has been in sync stalking groups...

                                            I agree with Anubhav, the ban should stay.

                                              There shouldn't have been so long discussion at all. It's clear cut Deny and his ban must stay but i can see 1945 is supporting Darahass for their own interests which is kinda disappointing. All it shows is 1945 doesn't care for any other league itself.

                                              OL will vote for Remove whether they want or not since they use Shavy's bot.

                                              GFL will be standing here alone without the other two league caring for what he has done against GFL and what his UH was doing and yet doing. If his ban is removed, It will just mean that this appeal is worse than other appeal because FWA appeal still had their set of rules which they abide in all costs and this appeal sounds more like egoistic to meet individual interests. GFL should just start dishonouring this appeals decision and also Bans/Flags since the other leagues doesn't want to honour GFL's interest.

                                              Really, Appeals during FWA actually had policy and was still fair to an extent.
